Hi, I’m Poonam Genzler - career coach, global marketer, and mother of three.Like many women, my journey hasn’t been linear. From London to Singapore to California and back to Singapore, I built a thriving marketing career. But nothing tested my identity more than motherhood and starting over as a trailing spouse.What once felt like success started to feel misaligned. After returning to work after each of my children, I was left questioning everything: my ambitions, my priorities, and whether the sacrifices were worth it. That question: “What could possibly justify time away from my kids?” - became my turning point.
